a. Steam Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund based on Steam's policy, you must follow the refund process outlined by Steam. We are unable to process refunds directly through our company for Steam purchases.

 

3. Exceptions

a. Downloaded Content: Refunds may not be available for sdownloaded content, including but not limited to in-game purchases, downloadable content (DLC), or other digital items.

b. Gifts: Refunds for gifted games will generally be issued to the gift giver, and they will be responsible for the refund process through Steam.
